We continue to roll out fixes for clients. Traffic influxes have also subsided. Analytics reporting in the dashboard continues to be impacted, but we are presently working on data refreshes to get all information into client reports.

We continue to roll out our fixes that address the impacts of bot traffic clicks, including issues with logging in. The expectation is that fixes will be rolled out for all clients by the end of the week, or by early next week. rasa.io dashboard analytics continue to be impacted.

Fix being worked on: We are adjusting our link tracking such that once these programmatic clicks come in, rather than rasa.io redirecting automatically (and recording the click event), we will return an HTML page that initiates the redirection. Bots won’t re-initiate that redirection, then the click from the bot will come in and won't go anywhere else. We won’t track the activity, and our clients’ websites will not receive the activity.
